Facility Value Management is worked with Facility Engineering, Inc. of Madison, Wisconsin to provide preconstruction and estimating services for a plaza deck rehabilitation/maintenance project for a multi-use facility in Falls Church, Virginia.  The project included the replacement of plaza deck finishes, landscaping/hardscaping, paving, waterproofing, as well as selective structural repairs.
