Oak Creek, Wisconsin

In conjunction with the efforts on the new City Hall and Library project, FVM was commissioned to provide pre-construction cost estimating and budget management services for the new Oak Creek Fire Station 3 facility. This new state of the art 15,000 SF building, constructed on a 1 acre site was programmed, designed and constructed to meet modern fire-fighting and emergency response needs for the growing community of Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
