Oak Creek, Wisconsin

As the catalyst project for the major redevelopment of the old Delphi site in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, the City of Oak Creek wanted to make the location of their new City Hall and Library a focal point for the new Drexel Town Square. The project features a 94,000 SF multi-level facility set on 5 acres with modern workspaces, community rooms, civic functions and a state of the art library facility that will provide increased accessibility to public services for the citizens of Oak Creek. Facility Value Management worked in collaboration with the owner, program manager, and design team to develop pre-construction budget solutions that were delivered alongside the evolution of the design documents. This process allowed the project stakeholders to evaluate their program costs in real-time, making adjustments to building systems, materials and construction details well before construction was underway. FVM’s fiscal oversight and understanding of the project details and local market values and resources kept the project on budget while remaining sensitive to every program need and challenge.
