Facility Value Management is serving as construction cost estimator in collaboration with the designers and owner’s consultants for the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center’s upcoming infrastructure improvements on the largest campus and density of hospital and medical services in the Milwaukee region. The project includes roadway realignment, civil improvements, utility upgrades and pedestrian and streetscape enhancements to the 0.6-mile 87th street corridor on the campus which serves as one of two primary circulation routes for patients, employees and visitors to the Froedtert Hospital, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin. The $11-million construction improvements will be implemented from Summer 2018 through the end of 2019.
