Facility Value Management is currently providing pre-construction services and budget analyses for the Milwaukee Public Library’s planned new branch library near 76th Street and Good Hope Road in the Granville neighborhood of Milwaukee. The new branch’s 17,000 SF will be located on the street level of a 4-story building that houses 1, 2 and 3-br apartments. Engberg Anderson is the Core & Shell / Residential designer and Zimmerman is the Library Interior designer for the project. The new branch is targeted for opening in 2019.
