Facility Value Management is serving as Owner’s Representative / Construction Manager for the renovation of the City of Milwaukee’s new City Research Center. The project involves the complete demolition and adaptive re-use of the basement level of the Zeidler Municipal Building to serve as a modern environment for the City Records Department, Legislative Reference Bureau Library and the Historic Preservation Department. The project is being completed in 5-phases to allow for the city departments to continue their daily operations uninterrupted while the renovation work takes place. The project is on schedule for completion in Spring 2018.
