FVM served as Project Coordinator and inter-departmental liaison for Milwaukee Area Technical College’s renovation at their downtown campus to create the new Al Hurvis PEAK Transportation Center. The project converted an old auditorium into over 10,000 SF of state-of-the-art educational program areas with eight bays for both the Automotive Express Service and Detailing Services as well as three large mezzanine-level classrooms for the College’s Technology & Applied Sciences programs. The project is a new focal point for the campus along arterial 6th Street (across from Fiserv Forum) where new exterior glazing was installed for the project area as well as overall streetscape enhancements.
