The UW-LaCrosse campus completed a new signature/flagship student center facility to serve the long-term needs of student and campus programs. FVM served as part of the Design Team to provide pre-construction cost estimating, constructibility and sustainability consulting services. The $43 million facility was budgeted successfully within 1% of the bids received, allowing the State of Wisconsin to maximize program elements without compromising design integrity or building features.
