FVM is currently providing Owner’s Representative / Program Management Services for CUNA Mutual Group’s satellite facility in Great Bend, Kansas. The project includes a major renovation and expansion of the current office facility that originally served as a mercantile building. The project is being implemented in multiple phases so as not to interrupt the owner’s ongoing operations. FVM has been involved in the project from early feasibility studies through all aspects of design, contractor solicitation and procurement and project management throughout construction administration.
