Fermenter Building

As one of the largest brewing companies in the world, MillerCoors campus in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (known locally to Milwaukeeans as “Miller Valley”) encompasses a large area with dozens of buildings that are all inherent or accessory to the company’s management and production processes.

A project that FVM completed as Owner’s Representative at MilllerCoors included infrastructure upgrades at the Fermenter Building which required several prime/specialty contractors to deliver. Having a strong field administration and oversight presence on the project from the start through final commissioning was paramount for this client and Facility Value Management’s team delivered in this very important role.
