The Corners of Brookfield

Facility Value Management worked for the Marcus Corporation as Owner’s Representative for the Corners of Brookfield project in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This multi-use project redeveloped existing properties that formerly housed a Menards construction materials and home improvement building as well as the West Point retail center and former movie theater. Extensive infrastructure upgrades were performed to construct a lower level parking area and to support multiple mixed-use buildings above. The new environment now serves as a major regional destination featuring a pedestrian-friendly and welcoming atmosphere that is also easily accessible and provides ample parking.
