Harley-Davidson Motor Company has maintained a strong presence and represents one of the longest established corporations that has been headquartered in Milwaukee throughout its tenure, dating back to 1903. The Harley-Davidson headquarters campus that exists just west of downtown Milwaukee and adjacent to long-time corporate neighbor Miller Brewing Company (MillerCoors), includes several corporate facilities that have been constructed and renovated over the years to address the company’s ongoing operational and capital facilities’ needs.

Keeping pace with all of the functional needs of a large and historic corporate campus requires not only a great deal of planning and coordination to maintain continuity and cohesiveness, but also having the resources to implement and manage projects and improvements from their initial conceptual stage through completion as they arise can be challenging. To help manage these challenges, FVM served as an on-site consultant to Harley-Davidson’s facility management department. From basic project programming to performing needs analyses, budget exercises, or comprehensive project management and owner representation, FVM was able to provide not only immediate, but also long term solutions for Harley-Davidson.
