In collaboration with Engberg Anderson Architects, Facility Value Management provided construction cost estimation services for General Mitchell International Airport’s new Operations Center which was relocated to Building-220 facility on the airport grounds. Assisting project stakeholders with the design and program element decision-making process, FVM evaluated proposed solutions for all systems affected by the renovation during major progress milestones for Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents.
